Acceptance
By accessing or using Voltax, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service Description
Voltax uses artificial intelligence to extract structured data from Saudi purchase invoices and generate ZATCA-compatible VAT spreadsheets. The service is designed for purchase invoices only; sales invoices are automatically detected and excluded from output.
Eligibility
You must be authorised to process and file VAT returns on behalf of the entity whose invoices you upload. Use of the service by persons who are not so authorised is prohibited.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing the correct 15-digit VAT registration number; uploading only purchase invoices you are authorised to process; complying with all applicable ZATCA regulations and filing requirements; and reviewing all extracted output before any use.
Results Accuracy and Review Requirement
AI-assisted extraction is not infallible. Voltax may misread, omit, or misclassify invoice data. All output produced by the service must be reviewed and verified by a qualified person before being used for VAT filing, accounting, or any other official or commercial purpose. Voltract Data Utilities accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions, or misclassifications in extracted data that is submitted or relied upon without adequate human review.
Prohibited Uses
You may not resell or sublicense access to the service, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models or proprietary methods, upload invoices you are not authorised to process, or submit unreviewed output to ZATCA or any other authority.
Intellectual Property
The Voltax service, its design, interface, and output format are the property of Voltract Data Utilities. The invoice data extracted from your files belongs to you.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voltract Data Utilities' total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the calendar month in which the claim arose. For users on a free plan, this limit is zero.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
Refunds
If you cancel your subscription and have not processed any pages in your current billing period, you are eligible for a full refund of that period's payment. Cancelling your subscription without requesting a refund allows you to continue using your remaining pages until the end of the current billing period.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
